SERIFOS

Serifos is a small Cycladic island where everything runs in a rather relaxed pace.

The capital's name is Hora, or Serifos and Livadi, the port, is attached to it. One of the island's most beautiful wide sandy, beaches can be found in Livadi, hosting sunbeds, umbrellas, even taverns

Among the island's beaches you should visit Avlomonas, one of the largest in the Cyclades, so vast that hosts hotels and taverns and still boasts several pristine parts. It actually expand over the island's entire south side.

Don't skip a visit to the fortified monastery of Taxiarhes, built 500 years ago to protect the locals against pirate raids.

Passenger routes connect Serifos to Piraeus and Lavrio while there are frequent connections to other Cycladic islands.
