Beaches in Palau
Spiaggia dell'Isolotto is the closest to the port. It is sandy and a bit rocky. It is not organised.
Spiaggia di Nelson has white sand and transparent waters. It is secluded and its shallow waters are ideal for kids.
Sciumara del Liscia is 15 km from the port. It stretches in an eight-kilometer sandy coast and there you will find a beach bar and schools for sailing and surf.
Spiaggia di Porto Pollo is a scenic beach and a favourite spot for surfers and kite surfers since it is regularly windy.
Spiaggia del Golfo delle Saline is a remote, sandy beach. It may not have sunbeds, but it has a surfing school.

Cagliari is 313 km from the port. Palau to Cagliari is 4 hours by car and 5 hours by bus and train.
