Playa Blanca, where fire meets the sea

The tourist resort is on the Lanzarote Island, in the Canary Islands. Lanzarote was created after several volcanic eruptions that took place 15 million years ago. The island has volcanic landscapes and exotic beaches. Playa Blanca means White Beach and here the beaches actually look a lot like the ones in Bali and other exotic destinations. The port in Playa Blanca is a gate to the other Canary Island, Fuerteventura.
