Try the traditional suppacuata soup. Its main ingredients are beef broth, fresh milk, bread and tomato sauce. Also, on the 15th of August of each year, the locals eat Chiusoni alla Gallurese. This is gnocchi served with pork or salami, cherry tomatoes and cheese.
