How to complete your web check-in with Seajets: A step by step guide

For a relaxing trip, Seajets provides a web check-in service for all passengers. Download your e-tickets to your mobile phone or your tablet, let the crew scan your QR code and hop on the ferry in no time!

How can I check-in online with Seajets?

Let's start from the beginning. First, you have to visit Let's Ferry,  select the Seajets itinerary that suits you, and complete your booking to receive your confirmation voucher. 

Once you have done all the above you simply need to follow the below steps to receive your electronic tickets.

Which steps must I follow to complete my web check-in?

Click on the "Web Check In" button and follow the link to the ferry line’s website.

Fill in your reservation number, phone number or last name and click the "NEXT" button.

Select the passengers, enter your mobile phone and mail, accept the terms of use and click the "NEXT" button.

That's it! Download and save your boarding pass on your mobile phone and show it to the crew upon embarkation.  

In case you have not yet received your e-tickets there is no need to panic. Take a look at your spam folder and or contact the Let's Ferry customer service to receive further assistance.

Can I skip the web check-in process and just receive my tickets printed?

Of course you can! For this, however, you will need to visit one of the Seajets head offices. Alternatively, you can pick up your printed tickets from the ferry line’s kiosk at the port. Just keep in mind that if you wish to collect printed tickets from the ferry kiosk, you must be at the port at least one hour before the scheduled departure.
