Kasos Princess runs four round-trip routes each week during the winter season, increasing to seven routes in the summer season. The ship sails from Kasos to Karpathos with return, so the residents of both islands have the possibility to go to the neighboring island for health reasons, transactions with public services, trade, entertainment, saving time and money.

Also, during the summer season, Kasos Princess runs a weekly route from Kasos to Sitia (Crete).
