The most photogenic greek islands
Greek islands aren’t only about summer cocktails and cosmopolitan beaches.
Many artists choose their breathtaking sceneries in order to escape from the
city fuss and be inspired by nature. Writers and painters have dedicated
entire projects to them and during the last years photographers are promoting
the Aegean blue and the whitewashed houses through their lens to the rest of
the world.
Did you know that Sebastien Nagy won the 2020 title of «Aerial
Photographer of the Year» for capturing
Santorini
from above in a photo titled «Abstract Greece»? That is only a small part of
the picture. Every year, the Greek islands are attracting many world-class
photography events where artists highlight the natural beauty of Greece
through some impressive pictures.
